Date: February 2, 2025
Hello BCIC Parent Volunteers!
BCIC is excited to host our third annual Lunar New Year celebration at the Barrington White House on Sunday, February 2, 2025, in the afternoon. We are looking for Parent/Adult Volunteers to help us host a festive celebration of cultural performances and interactive activities, including Chinese games, arts and crafts.
This year, we are hosting an open house style party from 1-5pm. Two volunteer shifts are available. The first shift is 12:30-3:00pm, which includes help with setup. You may sign up for more than one shift. If your talents include face painting or Chinese calligraphy art, we would especially appreciate your help with those stations.
Barrington White House is located at 145 W Main Street, Barrington, Illinois.
Please review the list of volunteer opportunities and sign-up by Wednesday, January 22. If you have any questions, please contact BCIC at bcic220.gmail.com or Michelle at michellelchase@yahoo.com.
